29 Jan Green Matters
Amidst the bustle of the day, there needs to be a space that offer a quick escape. In a world that is urbanising at a rapid rate that quick rejuvenation sometimes come in the form of green spaces. Studies (such as this one) has shown that green spaces significantly improve psychological health. As developers we understand that we are part of an ecosystem we are responsible for maintaining. But we also know the positive effects of green spaces on well being so we believe in ensuring we maintain green spaces in our urban areas. Our developments are planned with green in them and this does not stop at our residential spaces. We are now carefully curating and cultivating a rooftop garden on the top of Menara KEN @ TTDI which we are in the process of finishing.
More than that we are serious about maintaining green spaces in the communities we operate. We had recently completed the greening and landscaping of the Taman Tun Police Station that we had taken to task. It is only necessary that the officers responsible for keeping the peace of our community have a green space of their own, where they can have a quick break from the stresses of the day. Because we know everyone needs that breathing space.
