The Program has been designed to trigger in-depth reflection on the essence of leadership, experiencing the case of J.P Mottu, a Swiss executive who took charge of saving an employee kidnapped by Colombian rebels in 1998.

During a live, moderated multimedia presentation, participants will be called upon to make the most challenging decisions critical to the case, then discuss these decisions in a small group before comparing them with those that were made in the real life situation.
